ス・ミズーラ出来るブランド増えました！ 『 GUY ROVER 』
あっという間に11月、早いですね。
気温もかなり下がってきましたし、洋服選びが楽しくなってくるシーズンです。
REUNIONも有難いことにあと少しで30周年を迎えることが出来そうです。
あまり自分の品揃えをブレることなくやってきたと思っており、
イタリアのメーカーさんも最近ではすごく協力的になってくれて嬉しいところです。
もちろん、日本の代理店さんが頑張ってくれてのことですが。
今回も新たにス・ミズーラを常設で出来るブランドが増えました。
イタリアのシャツといえばの、『 GUY ROVER / ギローバー 』です。
ギローバーはREUNION開店時にもお店に並んでいた、お付き合いの長いブランドでもあります。
イタリアのシャツブランドは沢山あり、ウチでも色々なブランドを取り扱ってきましたが、
この価格帯のシャツの中ではギローバーが一番きちんとしたシャツではないかと思います。
イタリア本国でも名だたる有名なお店のシャツは、ギローバーが多かったですし
今でもクオリティは間違いないブランドだと思っています。
僕自身も一番着ているのがギローバーかなと。
高級過ぎない、日曜使いのいいシャツということだったらここしかない気がします。
最近はドレスシャツを着ることが少なくなり、ウチでもギローバーは
カジュアルな物中心の仕入れが多くなっていましたが、
元々はキチンとしたシャツを作るメーカーですので
ス・ミズーラも出来ちゃうわけなんです。
おそらく日本では常設でス・ミズーラが出来るところはないと思いますので
なかなか貴重だと思っております。
現在取り扱っていて、お客様からの評判のいい「 BORRIELLO / ボリエッロ 」に加えて
ギローバーですから、選択肢が増えいいことだなと。
ナポリの雰囲気がお好きな方はボリエッロ、普通にいいシャツをという方はギローバーで。
ボリエッロよりは会社の規模が大きいので、選べる生地もかなり多く充実しております。
お仕事などで使っていただける100番手くらいの生地から
贅沢な170番手くらいまでかなりのバリエーションでご用意しておりますので
お気に入りを見つけていただいてオーダーしてみてください。
襟型のサンプルも揃えてありますので、
チョット人と違ったシャツがお好みの方でも選び甲斐があります。
僕の個人的な意見ですが、ボタンダウンはギローバーが一番好きです。

兎に角いいシャツをという方はフライ、
オールマイティに気分よくシャツを着たいという方はギローバーということで

November is already here—time sure flies.
The temperature has dropped quite a bit, making this the season when choosing clothes becomes a real pleasure.
We’re grateful to say that REUNION is about to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
I feel we’ve managed to stay true to our selection without wavering too much,
and I’m delighted that our Italian manufacturers have been incredibly supportive lately.
Of course, this is all thanks to the hard work of our Japanese distributors.
Once again, we’ve added a new brand to our permanent Su Misura lineup.
It’s none other than “GUY ROVER,” the quintessential Italian shirt brand.
Guy Rover is a brand we’ve had a long-standing relationship with—it was even on our shelves when REUNION first opened.
There are many Italian shirt brands, and we’ve carried a variety of them here,
but I believe Guy Rover offers the most well-made shirts in this price range.
Even in Italy, Guy Rover shirts were frequently found in renowned, prestigious stores,
and I still consider it a brand with unquestionable quality.
I think Gilover is the brand I wear the most myself.
If you’re looking for a shirt that’s not too formal but perfect for a Sunday outing, I feel like this is the only choice.
Lately, I’ve been wearing dress shirts less often, and even at our store,
we’ve been stocking mostly casual Gilover items,
but since they’re originally a manufacturer of well-made shirts,
they’re actually capable of offering su misura as well.
I don’t think there’s anywhere else in Japan that offers su misura on a regular basis,
so I consider this quite a rare find.
In addition to “BORRIELLO,” which we currently carry and has been well-received by our customers,
Gillober expands our selection, which is a great thing.
If you like the Neapolitan vibe, go with BORRIELLO; if you’re just looking for a good, standard shirt, go with GUY ROVER,
Since Gillober is a larger company than BORRIELLO, they offer a much wider and more extensive selection of fabrics.
We offer a wide variety of fabrics, ranging from 100-count fabrics suitable for work
to luxurious 170-count fabrics,
so please find your favorite and place an order.
We also have a selection of collar samples,
so even if you prefer shirts that stand out a bit from the crowd, you’ll find plenty to choose from.
In my personal opinion, GUY ROVER makes the best button-down shirts.
I’ve bought dozens of them…
So, there are three brands available for made-to-measure shirts.
If you like the Hand-made or Neapolitan style, go with Borriero;
if you just want a great shirt, go with FRAY;
and if you want a versatile shirt that feels great to wear, go with GUY ROVER.
